These terms govern your use of ScanScore, a product of Creogence Limited (Company No. 10799036), registered in England and Wales.
By using ScanScore, you agree to these terms.
What ScanScore provides
ScanScore provides AI-assisted website diagnostic reports based on the website URL and business information you submit. Reports are advisory in nature and intended to help you identify potential improvements to your website’s visibility, structure and conversion effectiveness.
What ScanScore does not provide
ScanScore does not provide legal advice, financial advice, technical security advice, accessibility compliance advice, or any form of professional regulated advice. Reports should not be relied upon as a substitute for qualified professional guidance.
ScanScore does not guarantee search engine rankings, AI engine citations, increases in website traffic, lead generation, sales conversion or any other commercial outcome. Search engines, AI platforms and buyer behaviour change constantly and are outside our control.
AI-generated content
ScanScore uses artificial intelligence to generate diagnostic reports. AI systems can make mistakes, misinterpret information, or produce inaccurate findings. All recommendations should be reviewed carefully before implementation. We recommend applying professional judgement to any finding before acting on it.
Paid reports
Standard Reports are priced at $67 USD and Premium Reports at $197 USD, both as one-time payments. A one-time Premium upgrade from a Standard report is available for $130 USD. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes. VAT is not currently charged.
Digital content is delivered immediately upon payment. By purchasing a report, you acknowledge that the 14-day statutory cancellation right does not apply once the diagnostic has been generated, as the digital content has been fully delivered.
If your diagnostic fails to complete due to a technical error, a refund is issued automatically — no request needed. For Standard reports, a refund is triggered after three consecutive pipeline failures. For Premium upgrades, a refund is triggered if the pipeline fails, if the score validation fails, or if none of your competitor URLs can be reached. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. For any other refund request, contact support@scanscore.co within 30 days of purchase. Free tier
The free diagnostic tier is subject to rate limits. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the free tier at any time.
Compliance and restricted regions
ScanScore is not available for requests involving individuals, businesses, websites, transactions, or submitted pages connected with restricted countries, sanctioned regions, or sanctioned persons/entities. We may block, cancel, refund, suspend, or refuse any diagnostic where we identify a compliance risk.
Acceptable use
You may use ScanScore for personal or internal business purposes only. You may not resell, redistribute or commercially exploit ScanScore reports without our written permission. You may not use ScanScore to scan websites you do not own or have permission to analyse.
Intellectual property
The ScanScore platform, VISIBLE Diagnostic Framework, and all associated methodology are the intellectual property of Creogence Limited. Your diagnostic report is licensed to you for personal or internal business use.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creogence Limited’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of ScanScore shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant report. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
